No. Each traveler receives their own customer account and can make payments directly to STS online or by contacting the STS office. You can focus on organizing and promoting the trip instead of collecting payments.

Rep Weekend Getaways are familiarization trips that may be offered to qualifying Campus Reps. They give reps an opportunity to learn more about STS destinations, resorts and travel experiences so they can better promote trips on campus.

Under the current program, qualifying reps may earn a free trip after selling 15 qualifying trips. Taxes, fees and certain package components may not be included.

The value of the free-trip benefit is generally based on the average qualifying trip price. Review current terms with your STS Regional Manager.

Your primary work happens before the trip. Once you arrive, STS on-site staff are available in select destinations to assist travelers with questions, events and travel-related issues.

Campus Reps build awareness and excitement about Spring Break trips at their school. Activities may include:

• Connecting with fraternities, sororities, clubs and teams
• Distributing promotional information
• Helping friends find the correct STS booking page

Earnings depend on the number and type of qualifying trips you generate and the applicable commission structure. There is no guaranteed income, but building a larger group generally creates more opportunity to earn commissions and travel rewards.

Yes. Working as a Campus Rep can provide hands-on experience in sales, marketing, communication, organization and leadership. Your STS Regional Manager may also be able to provide a recommendation based on your performance in the program.

Once approved, you can begin using your assigned rep code. Travelers can select their trip through STSTravel.com and enter your rep or promotional code during the reservation process so the qualifying booking is connected to you.
